Instore 10.4.2006
Line-Up:

Jim Kane-Lead Vocals
Bill Kania-Guitar
Rob Dexter-Bass Guitar
Mato Aghetti-DrumsThe legendary 80ties Metal-band BATTLE BRATT was founded by Mato Aghetti and Bill Kania in 1984. A few months later lead singer Chris Gallipoli joined the band, followed by Rob Dexter on bass. In late 1984, BATTLE BRATT recorded their first 2-song-demo featuring „Henchman“ and „Tuff to bad“.
After the recordings of the demo, BATTLE BRATT had parted with vocalist Chris Gallipoli and found the young and wild Jim Kane. Jim could break a glass with his high notes and seeing how the band was somewhat speed metal at the time, Jim was perfect….
As soon as he joined BATTLE BRATT went right back into the studio to re-recorded their first demo tunes done with Chris… After the recordings, BATTLE BRATT started sending out their demo and Ann Boleyn of New Renaissance Records in California asked them to appear on their compilation record “Speed Metal Hell” … The band accepted the offer and the song “Henchman” featured on this compilation paved the way for the bands first professional leap into music…
Jim Kane spent a good amount of time with the band. During this time, BATTLE BRATT recorded a full record worth of material never released. Yet a very different and young BATTLE BRATT than most are familiar with, “The Anthology” finally makes it’s long awaited debut twenty-one years later also on BATTLE CRY RECORDS.
Everybody being into 80ties Melodic Power-Metal will definitely love this so far undiscovered masterpiece.
